On April 16th, 2009,
Frankie Flora (Dutchess County, NY), suffered a horrific dog attack
resulting in life-altering consequences for the five-year old.
UPDATE…On June 28th, Roxy Perry, along
with a stellar line-up of entertainers came together for an afternoon
of fabulous entertainment to help raise funds to assist with payments
for Frankie's long-term surgeries and other extensive procedures not
covered by insurance. The event was a great success!
We are so grateful to all the bands and musicians who gave generously
of their time and talent and provided non-stop entertainment throughout
the day. Thanks to Kicking Horse Grill for their kind hospitality
and providing a top notch set-up for musicians and guests, alike.
Thanks also to our sponsors for providing the outstanding stage backline
and exciting raffle prizes, and kudos to all the volunteers without
whose help the event would not have been possible. Our very
warm appreciation to all who attended the event, purchased raffle
tickets and mailed in contributions.
We are happy to report that the event brought in over $5,000, which
Roxy had the pleasure of delivering to Frankie’s mom, Maria,
on July 2nd. She asked that her heartfelt thanks be extended to all.
Roxy also had the opportunity to meet Frankie, who was allowed to
have a break from the hospital until his next surgery. Despite all
he is going through, he was active and cheerful throughout the visit,
and most definitely glad to be at home with his mom!

Our event is over, but surgeries and medical procedures are ongoing
for Frankie, and your help will sincerely be appreciated.
$20 advance tickets
at the Kicking Horse Grill, and at Roxy Perry
and Tommy Buddha gigs prior to show (check websites for
schedules). Tickets will also be available at the door on the
day of the show.
100% of ticket sales will be given to Frankie. All musicians’
performances,
raffle prizes, and use of the Kicking Horse Grill venue, are being
donated.
