Roxy Perry has been known as
the undisputed NEW YORK BLUES QUEEN for
decades. Her performances have consistently thrilled
audiences from small venues to headlining the concert
stage.
Roxy has accrued
many credits along the way, including the 2006 IBC Best
Self Produced CD Award, and 2007 Westarts Artist of
the Year Award.
Roxy's CDs have
become permanent residents of classic female Blues artist
stacks on radio & internet shows for the past twenty
years.
She has shared the concert stage with some of the biggest
names in the business, including Koko Taylor, John Mayall,
Hubert Sumlin, Marcia Ball, Leon Russell, Gatemouth
Brown, Shamekia Copeland and the Black Crowes.
Roxy's passionate and powerful vocals, brilliant song
stylings and performances have made her one of the hottest
entertainers in the music world today.
Richie Scarlet, known as
the EMPEROR, has been a renowned, world
class player for decades. Richie is master of eight
instruments, but is no doubt one of the most masterful
guitarists and performers ever to hit the stage.
Though best known
in the Rock genre, his innate sensibilities in any
genre can claim him top status among the greatest
guitarists ever to move an audience.
He has toured and recorded with many Rock greats,
including Ace Frehley of KISS, Alice Cooper, front
man Sabastian Bach, Leslie West and Mountain.
Richie has released 5 critically acclaimed CDs with
some of the top players in the industry, including
Leslie West (Mountain), Ty Tabor (Kings X), Ace Frehley
(KISS), Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge), Kenny Aaronson,
Sandy Gennaro, and Anton Fig (The CBS Orchestra).

are each legendary powerhouses in their own right;
accomplished celebrities, Roxy in Blues and Richie

Richie Scarlet have been friends and admirers of each
other's music for many years. Richie took the initiative
and invited Roxy to appear as a guest performer at
his Chance Theater concert early this year. The show
received an overwhelming response. Drawing on the
power and passion of their respective distinctions,
the artists combined, delivered an electrifying powerhouse
performance worthy of their regal titles.
